Creek Meadows Subdivision

Creek Meadows subdivision, a newer development by Creek Meadows Partners (formerly TC Homes), has opened just south of Highway 6 on Greens Prairie Road.  Creek Meadows is a subdivision split into eight sections with two of them, D and E, being duplexes primarily for family housing and rental purposes. These duplexes are like none we’ve seen in the area before.  There are a total of 98 in one section and 94 in the other with them being two or three bedroom, and they come in four different floor plans.  All of the duplexes are mixed and matched throughout the streets to give the area a more residential feel.  The two different areas have different square footages ranging from 1,100 to 1,600 square feet. The single family part of the subdivision is split by square footage, with an 1,800 square foot minimum in one section, a 1,500 square foot minimum in another, and yet another section, geared to first time home buyers, with a 1,100 square foot minimum.  Price ranges are from $150,000 to $400,000.  Creek Meadows offers a great amenities center.  The center houses a recreational area, playground area, swimming area, basketball court, spots fields and picnic area.  The duplex section of the subdivision also has it’s own pool, volleyball court and half basketball court.  Lastly, some of the best amenities in the area are its parks, greenbelts and sidewalks on both sides of the street.  The parks of Creek Meadows provide neighborhood pocket parks and a growing network of greenbelt trails, making it possible to jog, bike or rollerblade between neighborhoods and recreational facilities in the community. The community will have 11 acres of community commercial development upon completion. This fantastic, affordable, new community sends neighborhood kids to Greens Prairie Elementary for Kindergarten through 4th grade. Greens Prairie Elementary is conveniently located right across the street.  Intermediate students in 5th and 6th grade will attend Cypress Grove.  Middle school students in the 7th and 8th grade will attend College Station Middle School and the high school will be our renowned A&M Consolidated High School. Utilities are provided by Bryan Utilities (electricity,  sewage and trash pickup), ATMOS (gas), Wellborn Utilities (water), and Verizon for local phone service and Verizon has a hub for their high speed internet service on the property.
